Add artist credit fields for avatar and banner art #31

Potential implementation: Credit box relative positioned in banner to be in bottom right corner, conditionally displaying if there’s content, and indexed to be on top of banner. Select a semantically appropriate tag.

Credit line should be able to hold credits for both avatar and banner, or for only one of either. Could do overlaid box or another subtle line, see what works better. Maybe small screens use box and larger ones use overlay.
