Essentially making nests federated technology.

Might be able to communicate between nests using existing pingback and/or WordPress.com reader functionality.

Alternatively, install an RSS reader extension that pulls both Twitter RSS feeds and nest feeds. Investigate if Twitter still generates feeds.
