sqitch_pg 404 on install #25

When I run the recommended commands I get:

~ brew tap theory/sqitch
~ brew install sqitch_pg                                                                                                                                                                                                            2s 848ms

curl: (22) The requested URL returned error: 404 Not Found
Error: Failed to download resource "sqitch"
Download failed: http://cpan.cpantesters.org/authors/id/D/DW/DWHEELER/App-Sqitch-0.9995.tar.gz

It seems the file is no longer there?

Maybe it is related to the CPAN Testers website being down?

CPAN Testers Websites Are Down Due to circumstances beyond our control, the CPAN Testers server has had a problem. We're currently checking database indexes, and will get the sites back up and running as soon as we can. Normal service will resume as soon as possible.

Maybe it should be using search.cpan.org website? (http://search.cpan.org/CPAN/authors/id/D/DW/DWHEELER/App-Sqitch-0.9995.tar.gz)

Yeah, due to the site being down. This could happen for any CPAN mirror. In the meantime, you can edit the url line of sqitch.rb to point at another mirror.
