Infer the cell-cell communication at a signaling pathway level #373

Dear CellChat developors, I have a question about the function "Infer the cell-cell communication at a signaling pathway level". Can I use my geneset as a signaling pathway equal to the "Wnt "? If could , how to set it ?

@Dicky666520 The signaling pathways here mean a set of L-R pairs belong to certain signaling pathway. You can check our database to see how we define the WNT pathway.
