Hello,

I tried to use a Cellchat in order to subcluster input datasets as its functionality.

I'd like to sort the cells corresponding to the groups (1-4). Could you please give me a piece of advice? Thank you in advance for your kind help..!

@J1205 I did not understand your request. In cellchat, you can rank the distance between two signaling pathways based on this umap plot.

Hi, @sqjin Thanks a lot for your response. For example, I wonder if I will be able to collect the cells corresponding to the group 4 in purple since the count matrix (genes x cells) has been used as input.
