Dear, I have selected the zebrafish database. All genes in my data are in lowercase, which is consistent with the database, but some of my data are sccafold numbers. Will this affect the analysis? Also, my results don't seem to be normal, I hope to get your help, my genes are as follows, and my results are also as follows 9T0NJD0E5JDTK@F3PM1OMRT UW410}V}URD{(6%WW8O 34X

@chentongouc If some genes in your data can not be seen in cellchatdb, then it cannot be inferred by cellchat.

Can you specify in detail on my results don't seem to be normal

chentongouc commented 2 years ago

Thank you for your answer , t cells do not communicate with other cells, which seems abnormal. In addition, will the genes containing sccaffold not affect the results?

@chentongouc Please check the tutorial related to To use 10% truncated mean, USER can settype = "truncatedMean"andtrim = 0.1``.
