minimum cluster size for CellChat analysis #426

Hi CellChat Team. First of all, thank you for the amazing package and the detailed tutorial, which makes it fun to work with CellChat!

Do you recommend a minimum cluster size (cells per cluster) for the analysis I can perform with CellChat? If not, are there any noteworthy pitfalls I have to consider in the case of very small clusters (e.g. 50-100 cells per cluster)?

@HaTonemann Since CellChat is based on the average gene expression per cell group, the results are not sensitive to the number of cells. BUT i think the minimum number of cells per cell cluster should be greater than 10.
