Downregulated genes in different celltypes #610

Hi, I was wondering if it is possible to extract downregulated genes if I am analyzing communication between cellA and cellB? Apparently, the function subsetcommunication is only used in different conditions (e.g., health and disease) and same celltype (e.g, skincells), or am I wrong?

Thanks for the help

@Imm123 We have example codes for identifying downregulated signaling when comparing different conditions. One way you can do is to filter the interactions based on your differential analysis
