Dynamic Formatting of Time Intelligence measures #712

The feature request

With the introduction of dynamic formatting for measures in Preview for Power BI Desktop, it would be nice to have Bravo apply the same format to measures when no explicit FormatString is provided in the template.

Proposed solution

If dynamic formatting is set on a measure, it should be assumed that time intelligence measures of the same type (not percentage change, etc.) should utilize the same format.

Hi @tabertantrum, thanks for this suggestion, that's a good idea! I added it to the backlog
