Describe the problem

Error 800: An exception occurred while executing the DAX template engine. Query (71, 33) An argument of function 'DATE' has the wrong data type or the result is too large or too small.

Bravo version

1.0.5 (1.0.8623.25801)

Tabular model

Power BI Desktop, import mode

Power BI

Version: 2.121.903.0 64-bit (September 2023)

Steps to reproduce the behavior

  1. Go to Manage Dates
  2. Change Template to Weekly
  3. Click Preview Changes

Thanks for reporting. The message indicates that an error occurred during the execution of the query generated by the DAX template engine. This is definitely a bug but unfortunately we are unable to reproduce it since the query generated by the engine is dynamically built based on your data model and its data. Are you able to share an .pbix with some dummy data that shows this issue ?
