Usage notes for holiday date - ISO codes #33

The usage notes ask that ISO codes are used for countries - however, "UK" is used in the code whereas the relevant ISO code is "GB".

It will be fixed in the next release, in the meantime please replace "UK" with "GB" in the configuration table (it's just after the first variables for the general configuration). Thanks for reporting it!
