Add ElasticDL logo #2069

We need to add a logo for ElasticDL.

Some logos that I created by using https://logomaker.com :

Logo 1

e1 It is elastic, it is dynamic.

Logo 2

e2 So easy to use, as smooth as a curve.

Logo 3

e3 Find solution as smoothly as water, regardless of obstacles (mountains).

Logo 4

e4 This one looks a connected graph of processes in a distributed job.

We need to add a logo for ElasticDL.

Some logos that I created by using https://logomaker.com :

It is elastic, it is dynamic. Thus I choose some logos that show an elastic feature. I will explore more to see if there are better options.

主要是考虑elastic这个单词，希望logo能够体现弹性寓意，目前看起来logo 2的曲线更接近一些。

Vote this logo. The point in the logo represents a node in a job. The point connected by lines may represent the running nodes in a job. And the separated point represents a node that the ElasticDL job can add.

The curve represents the elastic resource usage in a cluster, like a curve in our benchmark report.
