[Suggestion] More prominent link to raise an issue #131

Went to leave an issue here, and on the main page, its kind of hidden. There is a link at the bottom, 'Get Involved' and then 'GitHub' but another of 'Support' and 'Create a support issue' link (pointing to the 'new issue' link?) could be useful...

Excellent, thanks! A quick 'n easy way for people to raise questions is good.
Aah, on the 'communication' is worth adding a Wiki link? (https://github.com/sqlitebrowser/dbhub.io/wiki) Really must install Git so I can create a PR! 😉
