Distribute PHP sdk using Composer package: https://packagist.org/

[x] Define min PHP requirements (PHP 5.6 for SDK but PHPUnit 6 requires >= PHP 7.0). We can say min PHP7
[x] Use namespace
[x] Rules for linting (choose a standard like PSR12)
[ ] Refactory con strict types
[x] Consider to include in the Github action workflow the code style and security checks
