do not include kubectl command #4

Similar to https://github.com/virtualstaticvoid/asdf-kubebuilder/issues/6, could we please do not affect kubectl shim with oc?

Hey sorry for the extremely slow response time. Yes, I looked at the kubebuilder link and I think I could replicate it in this repo too. Give me a few days to think it through, and I'll update as soon as I can. Again, apologies for my non-responsiveness.

No need to apologize, we all can get super busy at times... I was actually thinking about contributing the PR maybe with it but got distracted as well...

I pushed an update just now, and loosely verified that it still works. The only caveat is you will need to uninstall the oc plugin in order to remove the old shim. Could you let me know if you run into any issues? I will close this issue (in a week or 2) as Resolved unless I hear anything back.
