Somehow missed the keymaps for Windows and Linux. Also patches a potential issue with a list index error.

Not sure what you mean here. packagecontrol just pulls from master because there are versioning for this repo.

OK - Thought there was an additional step as the modified date is stuck as 5 years ago. Makes it look like we're not keeping it updated. https://packagecontrol.io/packages/Djaneiro
