Electron 24 - support of quoted reply in chat #63

Some features in google chat require a "recent" browser.

Electron 20 is too old.

Moving to latest (24 as of today) has its usual set of issues ... (tray click support ...) but is required.

It works, it breaks some tray icon functions (click event ... come one)

I recommend running from source for anyone running on gnome : they'll benefit from a nice icon with badges directly in dock / panel / whatever sort of task bar they use.
