remove crap added by Google in posted urls

links are "decorated" by google.

• 'https://www.google.com/url?q=' addedin front
• '&source=chat&' + tracking id after

On top of being na undesired behaviour, it's annoying : browser will ask to confirm redirection. (at least best browsers does, at least firefox)

=> try to clean before open.
