Add the ability to specify a Gradle project path other than the root of the Git directory. #14

In this invert repo, we have an "examples" project, but the links to the sources are broken in the report because it is in a subdirectory.

This can be fixed by computing the delta between the root of the gradle project and the root of the git repo. It would need to be stored in the project metadata.
