Message "Brrr" but none notification #501

After some device rotation I get a (single one) "Dumping memory, app will freeze. Brrr" toast message, but none leak's notification appears. Is that message a leak's symptom or not?

Then I get a "Leak analysis failed" due to OOM: device-2016-04-18-112451
