Disallow swiping away on dialogs #565

Feature request

Similar to how we can allow/disallow clicking outside/pressing esc to dismiss a dialog, add on option to disallow swiping away dialogs.

Why?

There are situations where user input is required to continue, and allowing this escape hatch by default can create headaches trying to handle the dismissed dialog.
