Minor code refactoring and readme update #118

Changes that are included in this PR:

Did a minor change in an example in python-migration-guide MD file.
Updated the parent constructor call as per Python3 standard in all API modules.
Tweak a condition in http response module.
Did a minor reformatting of code in client module.

Apart from that, I've just started doing the open source contributions. So any type of feedback is welcome🖖

Thank you for your contributions here! Unfortunately this repo is generated from code we've written internally, so we can't pull your code in to this repo. I've sent this PR to our team that generates the SDKs and some of these changes may be brought into the codebase. Thanks again for your effort here!
