Description There is no Crud functionality in order to update Model monitors in DB.

Solution

[x] Create the appropriate schemas and crud functionality in order to be able to update the model monitors in DB
[x] Create the appropriate end-point (put) in for this update
[x] Create the corresponding SDK function
[x] Use the above SDK function in Streamlit app in order to update the status of the selected monitors
[x] Delete monitor from UI

I believe it needs more time since there are many changes plus tests.
