Upload XML not being validated #17

The upload controller is not currently validating the XML against the schema. Something curious is going on with the XML builder not putting the schema properties in the right order at the top of the file.

This might fix itself after the Rails upgrade if we're lucky.

The same applies for camera_details.xsd on the grunt.
