Sprint 3 Tasks
Definition: Implementation and Build Phase
Kickoff meeting:
The team should be ready to go about implementing our project in Generator's infrastructure. We should have a good idea of what needs to be done in what order, and will have designated jobs to do during our implementation. This meeting will be about what steps to take and what we want done by the end of the spring (ideally all of the implementation just leaving room for ironing out any kinks)
Progress Reports each week:
By this point our reports should be pretty detailed. We want Generator to know exactly what we're doing to their network, what is changing and when, any potential downtime or interruption of work for employees, etc. This sprint may be viable to include weekly reports for Generator rather than bi-weekly.
Demonstration at the end of the Sprint:
This demonstration should include our mostly working network installed and running at Generator. So far, all the hardware components are installed and running and are just waiting to be configured.
Reflection on each Sprint:
Reflections for this sprint should be detailed and again, include any challenges or issues we ran into. This will be a good opportunity to reflect on the scale of this project again as by this point we should be in a good spot in terms of project completeness.
