Sprint 4 Tasks
Definition: Wrap-up, Testing, and Documentation
Kickoff meeting:
We should start this meeting off with a clear path on how to finish this project, or anything that is impeding us from doing so on-schedule. We need to evaluate the state of our documentation, and start ironing out our training plans for both employees of Generator and employees of The Leahy Center.
Progress Reports each week:
Project reports can go back to a bi-weekly basis. We will keep the weekly Capstone reports though.
Demonstration at the end of the Sprint:
The demonstration at the end of this sprint will be our (hopefully) fully-completed implementation of infrastructure at Generator. We will have an environment to demo, and explanations on how things have improved and will have a chance to talk about how this project went overall.
Reflection on each Sprint:
Reflections for this sprint should be detailed and again, include any challenges or issues we ran into. Similarly to sprint 3, this will be a good opportunity to reflect on the scale of this project again.
List of Sprint specific tasks:
Finalize AD script
Finalize installation of hardware
Create and employ training for Generator employees
Create and employ training for Leahy Center employees
Update and publish build and maintenance documentation
Finalize any remaining hardware/software tasks hindering network completeness
