Research AD Sites & Services, DC Replication, and Read-Only DC #51

Sites allow DCs to communicate with each other in different physical locations. This will allow us to have a read-only domain controller at Generator which will mean nobody on-prem there can edit the AD infrastructure or objects, and the primary DC will be installed at the Leahy Center for the team to manage. In the event that Mason or Alex need to make domain administrative requests, we should looking into a way for them to somehow do this without them having full DC access. We also want these DCs to replicate across sites, essentially having the read-only one function as a working backup that copies the main DC and administers it at Gen.
