Here is a suggestion for the "prosa intro":

This is the first Squeak release that supports high-resolution displays on macOS, Windows, and Linux/X11. Bundled with the latest OSVM release, the image now offers a flexible UI scale factor through improved support for TrueType fonts. Furthermore, the new SistaV1 bytecode set is now enabled by default. We flagged the release image so that older VMs will not crash on Sista-specific bytecodes. Finally, we discovered and fixed many issues in our programming tools to provide a better programming experience for code writing, object inspection, and process debugging.

Added something like that. I'm herewith done with this PR and would like to hand the write lock over to you. All that remains to be done is to remove the "(up to version)" labels from all packages and to mention any hypothetical new changes once we create the first RC.
