NowPlaying and Top rated titles not showing up #2

@CCSF-Coders/TAs-iOS As the title claims I set the tabbaritem.titles but they will not show up which is lame. Also have some UI problems but can work on those, But do have more questions for you guys later! Thanks for all the work you guys are doing, really appreciate it.

@squeakyheatr you should post this "Issue" as a question in the Discussions.codepath.com forum, as that's where CodePath is expecting to see questions. They don't really have as much visibility here.

Its not really an issue I am seeking help with at this moment, I just needed to add an issue before submitting the assignment so I used this as my issue sorry! If I am really stumped on it I will for sure post it on the forum.
