AppleCore is not compatible with Bukkit.

Ok I will just use the older 3.0 version it works fine

3.0 AppleCore work fine with thermos, but only vanilla cake(block) can work with mod. Cakes from harvestcraft and one from forbidden magic cant be handled. Can you fix cakes from mods in 3.0 version for "bukkit" servers like thermos. related to https://github.com/squeek502/AppleCore/issues/79
