Out of curiosity, where did you find this stat? I'm curious to know if the US is still the biggest offender in terms of a single nation. I have to imagine we are.

Would be somewhat trivial to do.

Export the data for each country from FAOSTAT
Parse and aggregate the data into a user-friendly table or tables.
