Mobile Device ID - not needed? #36

Expected behaviour

Entering a valid mobile device id into the settings page alows playback.

Actual behaviour

No playback - lots of (response was: u'<HTML>\n<HEAD>\n<TITLE>Forbidden</TITLE>\n</HEAD>\n<BODY BGCOLOR="#FFFFFF" TEXT="#000000">\n<H1>Forbidden</H1>\n<H2>Error 403</H2>\n</BODY>\n</HTML>\n' in logs

When inserting a random value - the letter a for instance playback starts working again.

I have been experiencing similar playback problems for a few weeks, finally got down to looking at why, and looks like I have the same problem, and your fix has fixed the issue. I wonder if the authorisation process has changed. I'm running LMS 7.8.1
