Fix issues with several C2 tracks and C2 track rebasing #145

Various fixes, mostly falling in two categories:

  1. Tracks that were improperly ripped or had issues originally, and code that could cause rebases to be incorrect
  2. Tracks and code that cause false positive warnings in the rebase function
