Post Tournament Additions, Version Bump to 0.6.7 #199

-Added Player Character_BadBoxArt (Mega Man) and PlayerCharacter_Stantler

-Added Batton_Batman -Added SniperJoeAndSniperArmor_CBSDOat

Bumped version to 0.6.7 to signify end of tournament year, update to .net 8, music redesigns, and any other new additions to come (sprites, ect)
