Search is not present when privacy plugin is enabled

Bug description

When privacy plugin is enabled, search field is not present on MkDocs generated site. md-search is not present int the source code. Please check this repo for details. The repository is very slim, all non-essential features are removed and it can be adjusted if required for troubleshooting.

This behaviour is perhaps unfortunate but documented. As soon as you add plugins to the mkdocs.yml, the search plugin must also be added in. That's any plugins, not just the privacy plugin.
