Make invisible bridge entities indestructible #100

Fix crash when invisible entities are damaged: https://mods.factorio.com/mod/cargo-ships/discussion/61b3fdc82aa6d83c61e448c8

Apply infinite resistances in prototypes to make waterways and invisible entities indestructible. ("destructible=false" is not a valid prototype property, it only works at runtime.)
Also disable bridge ghost on death since that doesn't work yet.
Increase bridge health from 500 to 1000.
