Reported on mod portal. Destroyed ship engines leave train ruins in water (if the locomotive dies before the ship body). Should be simple to set the ruin to nil when copying the locomotive entity.

Resolved by 080afa9eb55648d335660c29678c30865216ac1d and release 0.1.19.
