[Feature] Add toggle waterway visibility #34

When working on waterways it is really nice, however when walking/flying around it looks very strange... Being able to turn them-off would look great!

I'd suggests a "tool" in the hotbar like "toggle vehicle equipment", or a hotkey

an ingame change is not possible, but i added a startup option to toggle between a darker and the lighter version
