Update russian translation #73

  1. Fix more grammar
  2. Add missing translations
  3. Remove deprecated (since it wasn't in english locale) string - [item-description] oil-rig-storage

Thank you for the updates! I just added one more key to the english file, item-description.water-way. This should be the last change for this release!
