[Feature Request] Enhancement of functionality when 'step after numeric input' is set to 'At the end of a cell. #71

Hello, all contributers. I am really enjoying learning and using your program, but there is one inconvenience.

There was an inconvenience with the step feature when entering two-digit numbers. When 'step after numeric input' is set to 'at the end of a cell,' I would like the cursor to move to the first field of the next row when it's a two-digit input field. Similarly, when it's set to 'after cell, including effect,' I would like the cursor to move to the effect input field.

The inconvenience might be something only I experience, but please consider it.

Definitely not just you! I've always found this slightly annoying at times when trying to quickly edit a bunch of values, so here's my fix.
