removed squirrel_view_controller because of not existing dependencies #144

@bajo I had to remove this executable to compile the project. Apparently dynamixel_controllers/setRelativePosition.h does not exist or was removed from that repository. If you can confirm that this executable is outdated anyways, we can accept this PR, otherwise we close it or find a solution to the problem.

@ipa-rmb Yes, the view_controller needs to be updated to the new interface. This is WIP, so for now we can merge this PR.
