ETA #26

Add ETA to all running and upcoming games.

Sort open games by:

Running game on top of the list
Followed by ETA for the running game
Followed by tje next registered upcoming game
Followed by the cumulated ETA for the running game and the next registered upcoming game
etc.

Thank you for the input. That's the kind of feature I like, since they are easy to implement but with a big benefit. I implemented one part: ETA per game. Ordering and cumulated ETA is left for another calm moment during Daddy Day;-)

All implemented, except one nasty problem: games are put in the same queue, no matter for which table they were registered. Which means that a game on the Albis table causes wrong calculations for all games in Park and vice versa. Will fix this at the next opportunity
