pca of methylation data #38

Can someone make a PCA of the methylation data? preferably with loci filtered out that are missing in more than 10% of samples. I would want to see the plot but also get the PC scores as a .csv file.

I can probably get methyl kit to spit out but I do not know how to make PCAs
