Venn diagram #33

@sr320 Hi Steven I almost have the small table ready. I found that there are some contigs with no blast annotation but matched to the other databases. So I though we could used a Venn Diagram to represent the data that had blastx, Gigaton, Ruphibase and Dhellis (not sure if this is correctly written). Please check notebook paper-pano-go/jupyter-nbs/10Panopea_databases_smalltable.ipynb take care

@sr320 I'm thinking of changing the legends of the Venn diagram to Blastx -> Uniprot/Swiss-Prot (U/S-Prot?) Giga-Ton- > Giga-Ton Rubase -> Ruphibase, Dh-> Dheilly et al. (not sure about this one) let me know

@sr320 The Venn diagrams are in paper-pano-go/manuscript/figures, I left both (I know we will use the 3 circle one, but I liked the 4, sorry) :)
