Final Final Big Table? #35

Hi @mdelrio1

Just wanted to confirm status of big table? No rush just did not want you waiting around for me...

The one on there now

@sr320 Yes, it is the last (final) version of the big table!! https://github.com/sr320/paper-pano-go/blob/master/data-results/Geoduck-transcriptome_v3_bigtablefinal.csv.zip I had to zip it, there is a limit of 25Mb and the small table is https://raw.githubusercontent.com/sr320/paper-pano-go/master/data-results/Geoduck-transcriptome_v3_smalltable.csv which is in csv raw format. they should have 153983 and 25964 rows respectively and 25 columns (A-Y)

But see the screenshot above-- there are duplicate columns that remain and extra columns on the far end..
