[Tagging] Recursive directory #6

1. Create 4 Folders
Folder B inside A , Folder D inside C.
2. Tag A with D , B with C.

When seamless mode is turn on for both tag, many folders will be created 
until the path exceed the limit for the window path length.

Re-marked it as low priority since it's mostly a user issue. Will not fix it by
