Idea:
Start in NW corner.
With probability p, carve walls to the east, keeping track of the grouping of cells.
When probability fails, pick one amongst the grouping of cells at random and carve to the south.
Step east through the wall and continue until the end of the row.
Iterate over rows.
Done.
