Azure Flexible Server Support #59

Is there any specific process which need to be followed like a certification of the extension in order to see this extension available into Azure Flexible Server Instances? Azure is selecting the extensions or authors can submit their extensions?

Well... I don't know how extensions to be supported are selected in Azure.
