Bookmarks/outlines will not work properly. #479

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the attached pdf in a browser on a desktop or laptop with Acrobat
Reader browser plug-in. When the pdf has finished loading, the Bookmarks pane
should be open. Click through the bookmarks and watch the pdf display change.

2. Now open the same pdf file on an Android device and use EBookDroid app to
view it. It does not display the Bookmarks, but instead calls them
“Outlines”. Click an Outline. The display does not change like it does on
a desktop or laptop. Why does this not work?

What is the expected output?
The expected output should be exactly what you would see when you click on the
various Bookmarks on a desktop/laptop.

What do you see instead?
Instead, I see the same view (Base View) no matter what Outline I select.

What version of the product are you using?
v1.6.6

On what operating system?
Android Jelly Bean 4.1.2

What device are you using?
Samsung Galaxy Note 2 - AT&T

Please provide any additional information below.

This sounds like the problem I'm having. Trying to navigate using the
"outlines" often requires two clicks before it actually displays the desired
section. The first try just closes the window and displays the same page I was
already at.

I just found that the same thing happens when using links in a table of
contents. The page flashes on the first activation as if it just changed pages,
but it didn't go anywhere. The second try always works.

It is quite strange - we can not reproduce this. But we have only 3 devices, so
it does not mean anything. We will try to do something right after we find out
what is going on.

This document contains many layers organized in reference tree. At the moment
(v.2.1) we don't support that. Possible we will add ability to show/hide layers
in future.
