I was trying to find what strings were valid for locations (America/New_York, for example) and was surprised this info wasn't present in readmes for relevant repos. In searching I also noticed that "Olsen" was misspelled, but it did get me to a good Wikipedia list that this PR tries to make more accessible.
WP isn't the same as a primary source, but in my opinion it presents useful information in a much more useable form than in my efforts to try to find the same info from iana.org.
It's worth noting that according to WP, "Olson" (correct spelling?) isn't commonly used anymore.
I'm no expert on this subject matter, so I could be quite wrong on this. Just trying to help.
